Getting both of those tubes to work with same plate-to-plate load and plate voltage means you are compromising the "ideal" operation of both of those tube types and at this point I suggest you refer to datasheets, do the math and crunch the numbers yourself. So, I understand that issue was "solved" by changing the output transformer, probably to form a compromise between about 6K load required by the 6L6 tubes and 3K5 load required by the E元4's. But then we run in to issue of requirement of totally different plate-to-plate loads.
